  • Taking time to connect with yourself in a compassionate way is the first step in being able to more deeply connect with others.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

  • Mind

As a Portland therapist trained in Internal Family Systems, I help clients better understand the different parts of themselves while accessing their own wisdom to heal and meet life’s challenges.

  • Body

Our bodies have a lot to tell us about how we experience the world if we mindfully observe what they’re trying to communicate.

  • Spirit

Honoring our connection with each other and the natural world can help us deepen our capacity to heal ourselves and our relationships.

As a therapist, I help people connect to their inner strength and wisdom to meet life’s challenges with creativity and compassion for the self and others using a mindfulness-based approach grounded in Internal Family Systems.

My practice is rooted in understanding how our emotions show up in our relationships and inner world as well as somatically in our bodies. And how our experiences are shaped by the family, community and larger systems we’re a part of.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious — or simply stuck — whatever it is, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore difficult emotions and challenging life issues.

Understanding ourselves and why we do what we do, can be scary — and also liberating. I provide space for people to reflect, search for meaning and learn ways to connect with the various parts of themselves in order to more deeply connect with others, which is the foundation of emotional wellness.
